Automation Engineer

**Description**Our Molex division is seeking an** Automation Engineer** for the Guadalajara Sur, Mexico Location.**Molex LLC is a manufacturer of electronic, electrical, and fiber optic connectivity systems. Molex offers over 100,000 products across a variety of industries, including data communications, medical, industrial, automotive and consumer electronics.****What You Will Do In Your Role**:- Startup and commissioning for automation and control projects related to operations of assembly and molding.- Operations support, programming, troubleshooting and improvement for automation and controls system such as, press automation, MIR, DAIFUKU, and Motan.- Alignment with IT team for automation projects requirements such as network and platform configuration.- Programming and parametrization of material handling MIR robots on his platform.- Collaboration with equipment supplier when installing and launching new automation and controls project both on assembly and molding. Either for peripheral or production equipment- Collaboration with quality department to ensure a successfully quality release for automation and controls equipment. Making al required changes until all risks are mitigated- Support during major critical failures to maintenance and manufacturing departments.- Ensure healthy KPI's that might be affected by failures (major or minor) of this controls an automation equipment.- Training to maintenance technicians and engineer on troubleshooting for related automation technologies such as, PLC, network logic, sensors, etc.**The Experience You Will Bring**:**Requirements**:- 2 to 3 years of experience on equipment integration for automation sector- Electrical diagrams and mechanical drawing understanding and interpretation- Knowledge on sensors, actuators, automation, motors, and manufacturing- PLC (Omron, Allen Bradley knowledge- English 70%- Bachelor Degree in Electronic or related fieldLI-AM4
