.Good understanding about production solutions, Play a strategy role in identifying opportunities & implementing automation solutions, which would involve in-depth studies and understanding of the various operation process flow, structure & business model to bring about continuous productivity and efficiency.**What your background should look like**:Acts as lead on mechanical designs on Automation and Development department.Responsible to deliver new equipmentWorks closely with all product engineering to develop in-house processes and / or external resources to ensure that the design is manufacturable at lowest cost.Design and development of a mechatronic workstation, for the alignment, positioning, and assembly components Design, development, and integration of a palletizing robotic cell for the assembly businessResponsible for BOM creation & delivery, along with hard quotes from internal and external suppliers.Responsible to lead Design Reviews (all stages) along with Mfg Engineer & Project Managers.To assure designs captures & assure PFMEA requirements are meet.To work closely with Control Engineers to assure electric architecture of equipment and used standard technology, fits best need and to select best hardware.Some project included the systems redesigns, installations, programming, and setups needed to achieve flexibilitySupervise construction and assembly of equipment as intend (OEM facility's or in house )-Perform DOE (Design of equipment), prototype & testing of new devices as required.All new Design, needs work under Machine Safety Guards Analysis, LOTO, Arc Flash**Responsibilities**:Develop technically and Management Plant Automation solutions (hardware and software)Continually evolve the working practices within the center to improve efficiency and productivity.Drive and implement quality standards for all aspects of the automation delivery from initial concept to final commissioning and handover.Design of projects for reduce the Manual assembly including adherence to the TP Quality SystemEnsure quality of deliverables for projectsDrive productivity and risk managementCapitalize on business opportunities in clusters being served thereby ensuring high occupancy of resources.Participate in, and drive development of automation strategy in lineEffectively manage the automation engineering resources to deliver complex multiple projects on time and to budgetManage sub-contract resource, and ensure compliance with all relevant quality standardsProduction of Functional and Software Design Specifications. PLC/HMI ,including production of all test documentation and on-site commissioning.Collaborate with counterparts in other Local or Global Project hub to ensure consistency of deliveryResponsible for conceptualize & Design new assembly equipment (semi-Auto or Fully Automatic equipment).Skills and Qualifications:BSc in Engineering.5 years' experience
