.Packing Maintenance Automation Department:Control system authorities for operating equipment such as machinery, process in factories and data acquisition for remote monitoring and control. Focus areas: - Continuous improvement in machinery and processes - Production/Maintenance support.- Roll out Projects of new machinery.- To lead a multifunctional team to finish the Packing line installations, layout changes, hardware updates, software updates as well as support maintenance teams in solving circumstances that require PLC knowledge and skill.- High level knowledge in electronic and machine control.- PLC Software Management.- Continuous improvement in machinery and processes.- Responsible for platform installation and setup.- Contact with suppliers and contractors.- Mapping and standardization of the critical parameters of equipment (Software).- Multi-functional and cross-site knowledge sharing.- Partnership with all local and global departments.- Keep support 24/7 to production and maintenance.- Deep Understand of whole Automation platforms in the Factory.- To be in charge of Portfolio Projects related with Automation (PMI knowledge).- Project management skills to plan and complete assigned projects; handle budget as required.- Estimate lead time of automation projects.- Connect with all partners, supervisors, engineers, to meet customer needs.- Feedback R&D Department with a "Real Manufacturing Condition" perspective upon receiving new implementations.**Requirements**:- 3 to 5 years in Engineering/Automation/Maintenance/Software Projects.- Electrical, electronics, mechatronics, systems or automation engineering graduate. (Not mandatory).- Technical career (Not mandatory).- Microsoft Office- Auto CAD- Rockwell knowledge.- Siemens Knowledge.- Sick Safety Knowledge.- Working knowledge of Mechanics, pneumatic, electricity, Electronics, robots, programming and automation.- Industrial drawings- High level of analytical skills.- Exceptional communication skills.- Good oral and written communication skills.- Good digital literacy.- Knowledge of Problem solving (Lean/Shainin/Six Sigma).- Global Travel required.- Weekend and off shift working hours may be required during implementation phases.**Physical requirements**:- Standing while debugging and running off machines - Sitting: office environment, working at a computer, meetings.- Speaking and listening: communicating with work team, suppliers and customers.- Walking: For walk around the manufacturing plants or factory
