**(POR CRECIMIENTO) - MERSEN DE MEXICO****Solicita**:**AUTOMATION MANAGER ENGINEER****Descripción y Requisitos**BRIEF DEEscrituraION: OVERSEEING THE INVESTIGATION, RECOMMENDATION, DESIGN, DEVELOPMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION OF NEW TECHNOLOGIES AVAILABLE FOR THE PRODUCTION OF THE FUSES IN THE PLANT AND SUPPORT ALL INITIATIVES TO IMPROVE THE PERFORMANCE BASED IN THE AUTOMATION OF THE PROCESSES.QUALIFICATIONS:- Bachelor's degree in Engineering industrial, manufacturing, mechanical, electrical or equivalent and 3 to 5 years of work experience.- Experience in developing automated equipment systems from current known processes or new processes.- Strong analytical skills and interpesonnel skills.- Knowledge in CAD tolos: Autocad/solid Works (as a must)- Programming skills (PLC's).- MS Office skills (MS Project management tool).- Highly effective team player able to self-manage and priorities and responsibilities.- Must be self-motivated, independent, and effective Communicator.- Hands on electrical and mechanical capabilities will be frequently relied upon.- Demonstrate track records of Project Management.- Able to develop, troubleshoot and/or integrate machine controls.Puesto: Ingeniero**Información Adicional**- Tipo de contrato: Permanente- Salario: Negociable- Pais: MEXICO- Estado o Region: Chihuahua- Ciudad: Ciudad Juarez
