In this role, you will make technical recommendations in various phases of customer projects to ensure successful delivery of project deliverables on time, within budget and in line with quality and safety guidelines.**This position reports to**:Regional Engineering Center Leader**Your responsibilities**:- Design, specification and documentation of automation system according to requirements.- Coordinate with hardware design.- Performing FATs (Factory Acceptance Test).- Commissioning on customer site.- Proactive participation in project teams.- Contribute with creative ideas in order to develop solutions that keep pace with technology and market trends.- Produce technical documentation in accordance with ABB's and end customers requirements.- Assisting project managers and project lead engineers in technical reviews and discussions with customers, partners, subcontractors and vendors.- Assisting contract managers with claims, customer specifications and safety standards.- Creating and delivering the work plan and budget, as well as risk assessments relevant to your engineering discipline.- Helping customers resolve technical issues both remotely and at customer sites in Mexico.**Your background**:- Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering or related.- Recently graduate with experience in projects.- A strong focus on safe work practices and dedication to following all relevant workplace safety guidelines.- Global mindset with a passion to work in diverse cultures.- Ability to work independently.- Team player who is flexible and open to new ideas.- Flexibility to travel abroad on business trips.**More about us**:
