Automation Regional Sales Mgr - Hermosillo

Our Client: European company specializing in electrical systems and components for automation. Certified as Best Place to Work 2024.
Position Objective: Design and execute the sales strategy for the asigned territory, developing strategic accounts and promoting the automation product portfolio. The main challenge is to enhance the market by developing relationships with distributors, integrators and end users, as well as the inclusion of new products.
Responsibilities: Analyze the market for identifying opportunities and develop strategic plans.
Develop relationships with leading distributors, integrators and OEMs.
Expand relationships with current customers.
Provide technical support for products.
Prepare quotations and project costing.
Issuance of CRM reports (sales, follow-up, forecasts).
Profile: 3 to 5 years in the commercial area of automation and/or electrical field.
Completed studies in Engineering or related fields.
Solid knowledge of the asigned territory.
Intermediate to Advanced English.

Compensation: Monthly base salary of 37,000 to 40,000 MXP + 25% of Variable Compensacion based on goal achievement
