Make It With Pride.Your goal will be to ensure that the site manufacturing & support activities occur without interruption, and that there are no facility shortages or related issues.You will achieve 100% compliance with local legal regulations, quality, health, safety, and environment management systems and standards.You are responsible for the management and maintenance of site facilities, buildings, and equipment (hardware & software).How you will contribute:You will:Work cross-functionally to develop and implement a strategic facilities roadmap and annual operating plan that provides a competitive advantage to Mondelez.Partner with internal & external stakeholders and service providers to define and meet safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability, and engagement goals.Establish a strong governance structure to review and control operational performance and continuous improvement plans to deliver best-in-class results both internally and externally.Lead and be accountable for the Building Maintenance program and facilities maintenance program capabilities, including maintenance repairs and overall operations.Ensure adherence to the business continuity plan and that manufacturing standards and government regulations are understood by all employees and service providers at the site, regularly reviewed and monitored for effective implementation.Provide leadership and coaching to the facilities team towards the implementation of IL6S-Integrated Lean 6 Sigma ways of working, delivering zero breakdowns via preventive and predictive maintenance strategies.Model values and principles through effective coaching and mentoring, building skills capability across the plant technical and engineering team to engage with the latest modern practices.Have a clear succession and resource plan for the asset and technology population, identifying and implementing critical levers to attract, retain, and develop critical talent.Interface with key stakeholders internally and externally to develop and maintain effective relationships, aligning priorities to deliver the company's objectives and goals.What you will bring:A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career, along with strong operational and manufacturing leadership experience in the CPG industry, including experience in TPM-Total Productive Maintenance, 5S, Lean, 6 Sigma tools and concepts, safety, and GMP standards.An engineering background with strong financial and business acumen, project management skills, knowledge of industrial maintenance and manufacturing equipment, PM (Progressive Maintenance) expertise, spare parts management, and SAP PM module end-user knowledge.Excellent communication (verbal & written), coaching, and leadership skills in a team-based environment, with demonstrated abilities in analytics, problem-solving, and team building
