Automation Supervisor

What you'll do: • Project management.
• Recommend, design, similar, program and perform testing for automation projects.
• Maintain, repair and troubleshoot automation control systems, including Motors, drives, PLC (Siemens or Allen Bradley), HMI and Robotics.
• Develop and maintain documentation for automated equipment in order and clear, understood as validation and process documents.
• Maintain and monitor product quality in automated processes to be aligned with the applicable Autoliv standards.
What is required: • Engineering (Mechatronics/Automation/Industrial).
Strong background and experience in Advanced Automation • At least 5 years of proven experience as a Supervisor or Leader managing Individual Contributors and Engineers.
• Fluent in English • Experience and knowledge in Project management.
Troubleshooting and Statistic analysis.
• Effective communication.
Disruptive thinking.
Detail Oriented and Teamwork.
