Collaborate with Departments: Work closely with different departments to understand their needs and pain points, ensuring tailored automation solutions. Define Objectives and Scope: Establish clear objectives, scope, and success criteria to ensure smooth integration and deployment for each automation initiative. Design Automation Architecture: Create the architecture and workflow of automated systems, considering scalability and integration with existing systems. Implement Automation Solutions: Write code or scripts to develop automation solutions using programming languages (e.G., Python, JavaScript) or automation tools (e.G., Zapier, Make). Integrate Systems: Seamlessly integrate automation solutions with existing software, hardware, and systems. Conduct Testing: Perform thorough testing of automated systems to identify and address bugs or issues. Optimize Performance: Implement debugging processes to troubleshoot and optimize the performance of automation scripts. Monitor Effectiveness: Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of automation solutions over time. Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for automated processes, including code documentation, system architecture, and user manuals. Provide Training: Train end-users and support teams on using and maintaining automated systems, offering ongoing support to address any issues or questions. Project Management: Manage automation projects from initiation to completion, adhering to timelines and budget constraints. CRM and SaaS Setup: Deploy, set up, and customize CRM SaaS for agencies. Web Development: Create funnel/websites front-end and back-end using builders and custom HTML and CSS code. Tracking and Analytics: Set up UTM and Meta Pixel tracking for ad traffic. Troubleshooting: Quickly troubleshoot system and software-related issues to ensure minimal disruption. RequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field/experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills (C1/C2 English level). Proven experience in automation, scripting, and system integration. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and JavaScript. Experience with automation tools like Zapier and Make. Strong understanding of system architecture and workflow design. Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills. Familiarity with CRM systems and SaaS platforms
