Automized Assembly Engineer Specialist_LTXJob Type: Full-timeResponsibilities:Support new product introduction, equipment and process definition, acquisition, validation, and installation in the production environment.Develop instructions and internal procedures to ensure compliance with changes and modifications required by CN, CoC, or central entities.Follow implementation of DMD´s / VVT´s / and general specifications requested for VS.Support quality/customer audits.Support fixtures and tools: Designing, acceptance validation, release, and implementation in the production process.Support validation of new part number implementations and new line launches.Eliminate non-value-added activities.Maintain constant communication with CN colleagues to understand changes and new requirements and communicate them to the MFP group.Identify gaps, improvement opportunities, and vulnerabilities in processes; provide training for engineers and technicians to solve them and implement these trainings systematically.Initiate action to prevent nonconformity, identify and record all problems relating to electromechanical system technology safety and quality system, initiate or recommend solutions, verify the effectiveness of the solutions, and control further processing or delivery of non-conformance until resolved.Qualifications:Requires 3+ years in robotics system technology, including:Staubli TS60, TS80, TX60 (VAL3)CS8, CS9Universal Robots UR3e (PolyScope, Workbench)CB3Requires 3+ years in servo control system, including:Rexroth Lineal axis CKK / CKR (IndraWorks DS)Weiss Linear axes, rotary indexing tables (EF3, TS005)Deep knowledge of automation processes.Knowledge in mechanical systems.Experience assembling small components.Knowledge in precision engineering/assembly technology or electronics.Ability to interpret technical drawings.Knowledge in traceability systems (MES, MIS).Design CAD: SolidWorks or other mechanical design software.Knowledge in pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems.Deep knowledge in MSA and SPC.Behavioral Skills:Analytical skills and problem-solving techniques.Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and multifunctional teams in a global environment.Excellent communication skills, both internal and external.#J-18808-Ljbffr
