Bilingual (English, Spanish), both oral and written- Proven experience as maintenance manager or another managerial role- Experience in planning maintenance operations- Solid understanding of technical aspects as pneumatics, hydraulic, electronics, mechanics, control and electrical systems etc.- Working knowledge on manufacturing and test equipment- Ability to keep track of and report on activity- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities- Knowledge of Mexican and international standards as NOM, OSHAS, ISO-9001, ANSI, Risk management and change management- Strong knowledge in Project and Maintenance Management- Technical experience on metal mechanics processes and equipment, including PLC controls, pneumatics, hydraulics, metrology and flexible assembly.- Technical experience on hydraulic systems, automation, Control and motion- Strong abilities in problem solving, risk analysis and communication- Ability in a multi-cultural and multi-generational environment- Leader that leads with strong focus on teamwork and customer serviceSECTION IV: MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation- Carry out inspections of the equipment/processes to identify and resolve issues- Allocate workload and supervise upkeep staff- Monitor equipment inventory and place orders when necessary- Monitor expenses and control the budget for maintenance- Manage relationships with contractors and service providers- Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities- Ensure health and safety policies are complied with- Show leadership and commitment to define, maintain, and improve our Maintenance Operations sustainability plan
