**Description****Summary**:Coordinate implementation and certification of Molex de México in customer specific quality systems and in accordance with industry standards: VDA, BIQS, Q1, ANPQP, etc., vs IATF and other applicable system and standards to coordinate internal and external audits, achieve customer quality systems so they help us to maintain and improve our quality system.Standardize the quality system and share the best practice improvements.**Required**:- 5 years' **experience in Automotive tier 1 or 2 production and quality management or engineering management**:- Team player with excellent leadership skills including interpersonal, oral and written capabilities coupled with a pro-active and hands-on working mentality.- Strong Decision-making skills, sense of accountability, prioritization skills and ability to maintain confidentiality. S- Strong analytical skills- Supplier/Customer relationship skills- Working knowledge of Statistical analysis,** SPC, PPAP, FMEA, GD&T, Gage R&R and Control Plans **(in general, Core Tools).- Knowledge in **Customer requirements: VDA, BIQS,ANPQP,TPS and MSA-Q1.**:- ** Layered Process Audit LPAs (CQI-8), other CQI´s, ESD**, etc, Int´ld standards, internal processes.- Proven experience on reviewing and closing gaps versus customer specific requirements, regulatory, etc, based on 1st, 2nd or 3rd party audits.- Has actively participated in customer system and product audits based on standards fulfilling audit requirements under audit time pressure and closing pending items afterwards.- Comfortable working in a fast paced & high-volume environment- Excellent communications, negotiation, and presentation skills**Education**:- ** Bachelor's degree in Engineering,****Required**:- ** Fluent English**:- Availability to travel between Molex facilities and Customer locations.
