We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Property Damage Specialist to join our law firm. As a Property Damage Specialist, you will be responsible for evaluating and managing property damage claims for our clients. Your primary goal will be to ensure our clients receive fair compensation for their damaged property.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Evaluate and investigate property damage claims and determine the cause and extent of the damage.
- Work with clients and insurance adjusters to gather necessary information to support the claim.
- Provide guidance to clients on the claims process, including documentation and communication with insurance companies.
- Prepare and present damage estimates to clients and insurance adjusters.
- Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients, ensuring they receive fair compensation for their property damage.
- Monitor and manage the progress of the claims process, ensuring all necessary steps are taken to resolve the claim in a timely and effective manner.
- Collaborate with other team members and attorneys to provide comprehensive legal services to clients.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field such as insurance, finance, or business.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience as a Property Damage Specialist or similar role.
- Strong understanding of property insurance policies and claims process.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.

**Salary**: From $30,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (required)

**Experience**:
