**Job Description**:
Customer facing.
Primary responsibility: Supply chain monitoring - support and communication
- Tasks
- Market exploration and new customer prospection in field
- Price calculation and EBIT monitoring
- Technical customer support
- Technical supervision in customer sites (Fleets and OEM's)
- Business case preparation and presentation
- Communicating supply chain performance and production status to customer
- Working with Bosch Plant logistics to understand status, ETA of materials, deliveries to customer, lead times, dealing with expedites, and lots of follow-up
- Will be the interface of communication with the central office in Germany to enable new customers, new products and projects with the local customers
- Requirements of position
- Experience with customer communications
- Ability to work in through critical topic, both internally and with customer
- Ability to communicate clearly written and verbal
- Detail oriented
- Work well as a team
- Customer service and urgency sense
- Preferences
- Electronic knowledge required
- Desirable experience with infotainment systems (Radios, Monitors, microphones, etc)
**Qualifications**:
Experience in: Commercial areas or PjM, Microsoft, customer service
Competences: Negotiation, communication, team work, leading others
