.**Job Summary**This role supports Nissan service parts sales growth through development, implementation and follow-up of all service parts sales and marketing programs and communications support with the goal of building brand value and achieving enduring profitable growth.**Key responsibilities**:- Development of service parts communications and marketing actions to support and maximize the effectiveness of parts sales activities. Collects and reviews input from service product planning team, internal business information resources, and regional product knowledge.- Analyzes information on competitive marketing activities.- Develops and releases promotional support programs.- Develops promotional program concepts, business feasibility and financial analysis, promotional sales forecasts, sales tracking and analysis, pricing, and product distribution methods.- Develops and releases communications regarding new products launches, availability and sales strategies and opportunities.- Supports development of new and improved methods for maximizing parts sales including retail initiatives and data support. Develop sales promotional efforts for all Aftersales channels: workshop, counter, and wholesale.- Manages the integration of support to maximize customer awareness of product and efficiency in the overall sales, ordering, fulfillment, and billing process.- Development and implementation of plans, strategies, data support and report creation, recommendations, and program support for digital and conventional Nissan product marketing.- Maintenance of Value Advantage website coordinating information with different teams to secure updated information Creates reports product tracking tools using software and/or Excel to assist with management of promotions and communication of results to field staff.- Support data consolidation and creation of presentation of Product Strategy for top management reports. C- reation of bulletins and other communication tools that support acknowledge of product portfolio for field teams, dealers and customers awareness and proper understanding of the product line.- Previous Work Experience: Experience in Automotive industry, aftermarket experience preferred. Marketing & Communication for Aftermarket brands.- The ability to manage multiple simultaneous activities requiring frequent communication, organization/time management and problem-solving skills- Proven track record for cultivating strong relationships with key client and supplier stakeholders that have resulted in high customer satisfaction- ** Language: English 100%**:- Must have experience in product & Marketing- Nice to have: Aftermarket Brands as previous experience, product marketing experience**Minimum Requirements**An understanding of automotive service parts development, vehicle and product planning, sales, and marketing aspects on Aftersales business.**Education**: Bachelor's degree in related Marketing discipline
