Independently develop professional, manufacturable, cost effective wire harness designsInterface with vehicle or equipment electrical system designers to ensure basic electrical requirements are understood and implementedDevelop wire harness routing designs in 3D using CATIA V5.
This includes ensuring all harnesses are routed safely and securely and properly connect to applicable electrical units and mating harnessesDevelop clear, readable wire harness drawings (in CATIA V5) conforming to customer and industry drafting standardsInterface with wire harness suppliers to address Desir Manufacturability issueDesign brackets and other mountixtures to secure wire harnesses and related electromechanical devices in the vehicleRequirementsEducation Bachelors degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or related discipline Required Skills Above average ability to use CATIA V5/r the design of wire harnesses and related components (e.G.
