Autonomous Mobility Algorithm Development Team

Functional lead of a team of engineers within the Product Development & Strategy Organization.
Manage and control the development of the appropriate skills, processes and tools for his/her team, ensuring that the team delivers to projects and defined improvement /efficiency targets.
Team size of 12-14 algorithm development engineers.
Main Responsibilities:

- Foster knowledge exchange within team
- Foster teamwork within team and across team boundaries
- Advise on tactical and strategic development decisions
- Support Definition of Processes, Methodologies, Guidelines
- Support Definition of Engineering Strategy
- Support Planning of Projects:

- Work-Packages
- Headcount
- Non-HC Budget
- Support Onboarding of new Employees
- Support goal definition and review of team members
