As a Buyer you will be required to perform following duties:- Review vendor shipping report and upload changes daily on the system on daily basis.- Extract data from company's ERP platform and ability to create reports.- Maintain various supply chain related reports and update weekly and communicate to team members as required.- Maintain product ordering & buying controls in the system when required.- Ability to help data clearing up any old / open PO's.Qualification & Requirements- Preferred experience buying or Inventory management by using ERP platform- Excellent written & spoken English - 90% Level- Advance level MS Office skills with an emphasis on Exceland above average computer skills.- knowledge of commercial activities of purchasing and inventory.- Sincere desire to actively participate in a high paced, result driven environment.- Ability to multi-task and manage several on-going projects at the same time.- Willingness to perform various activities outside of normal job function at a quick notice.- Preference -College degree and commensurate job experience.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: $15,000.00 - $20,000.00 al mesHorario:- Turno de 8 horasEducación:- Licenciatura terminada (Obligatorio)Experiência:- ERP systems: 1 año (Obligatorio)- PO's: 1 año (Obligatorio)- Microsoft Excel: 3 años (Deseable)- Buyer: 1 año (Obligatorio)Idioma:- Inglés (Obligatorio)
