**Responsabilidades clave**:
- Proporciona soporte entre las Plantas, el área de Crédito y el cliente para asegurar que nuestra facturación está debidamente soportada y nuestros servicios puedan pagarse oportunamente.
- Responsable de la carga de facturas en los portales del cliente, entrega de facturas físicamente a los clientes que así lo requieran y seguimiento a la evidencia de recibo de materiales con las áreas de calidad del cliente.
- Implementa controles sobre emisión de notas de crédito, cancelaciones y sustituciones de facturas.
- Asegura que el Módulo de facturación, el PAC y el SAT concilien correctamente de acuerdo con los CFDIs emitidos.
**Cualificaciones**:
- Conocimiento completo del ciclo de facturación.
- Conocimiento actualizado de los requisitos fiscales que debe cumplir la emisión de documentos fiscales de acuerdo al anexo **20 SAT**
- Experiência en elaboaración de conciliaciones mensuales y vinculación en la emisión de CFDIS.
- Microsoft Excel (tablas pivote, tablas dinamicas, formulas de texto etc.)
- Facturación. 4.0
- Inglés intermedio/avanzado.
