Auxiliar Contable / Accountant

**Jambrina Corporation **is a firm seeking an experienced accounting to perform a range of general accounting and bookkeeping support functions.Duties & Responsibilities- Compile and organize data provided by clients, such as invoices, receipts, bank statements and- Record financial transactions and post the appropriate journal entries in the accounting software.- Reconcile bank statements and implement actions to resolve discrepancies.- Update, verify and maintain accounting journals and ledgers and other financial records- Coordinate with the Tax Department and other business lines as necessary.- Comply with US GAAP and ethics.- Special projects and process improvement initiatives.- Maintain the chart of accounts- Maintain an orderly accounting filing system- Record business transactions and key daily worksheets to the general ledger system.- Perform accounting functions to support supervisors**Required Qualification**:Must have a minimum of an Associate degree in Accounting or related field.- Competency in Quickbooks is a plus- Prior experience in accounting is preferred at least a year- Outstanding ability to compute figures rapidly and accurately- Must be flexible to quickly shift priorities- Bilingual- English and Spanish- Microsoft Office skills.**Job Types**: Full-time, PermanentCOVID-19 considerations:Las personas deben permanecer con máscara dentro de la empresa.**Education**:- Bachelor's (required)**Experience**:- Contabilidad general: 1 year (required)**Language**:- Inglés (required)
