Auxiliar Contable / Accountant

**Jambrina Corporation **is a firm seeking an experienced accounting to perform a range of general accounting and bookkeeping support functions.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Compile and organize data provided by clients, such as invoices, receipts, bank statements and
- Record financial transactions and post the appropriate journal entries in the accounting software.
- Reconcile bank statements and implement actions to resolve discrepancies.
- Update, verify and maintain accounting journals and ledgers and other financial records
- Coordinate with the Tax Department and other business lines as necessary.
- Comply with US GAAP and ethics.
- Special projects and process improvement initiatives.
- Maintain the chart of accounts
- Maintain an orderly accounting filing system
- Record business transactions and key daily worksheets to the general ledger system.
- Perform accounting functions to support supervisors

**Required Qualification**:
Must have a minimum of an Associate degree in Accounting or related field.
- Competency in Quickbooks is a plus
- Prior experience in accounting is preferred at least a year
- Outstanding ability to compute figures rapidly and accurately
- Must be flexible to quickly shift priorities
- Bilingual
- English and Spanish
- Microsoft Office skills.
