Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:Use the company purchasing system, Birchstreet, to match all invoices and purchases ordersManage the cheque processing systemMonitor and control the Accounts Payable processTrain Team Members who use the Birchstreet systemMaintain good communication and working relationships with all hotel areasAttend finance meetings, as requiredAct in accordance with fire, health and safety regulations and follow the correct procedures when requiredWhat are we looking for?An Accounts Payable Clerk / Assistant serving Hilton Worldwide Brand hotels and vacations is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members.
