This position requires attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, Support the efficient operation of a warehouse by performing various tasks that contribute to the smooth flow of inventory and goods, tagging materials, packing items into boxes or crates, sorting incoming shipments into inventory areas, and logging outgoing shipments.
**Responsibilities**:
- Ensure that products are correctly labeled, stored, and organized within the warehouse.
- Conduct visual inspections and quality checks on incoming products to ensure they meet quality standards. This includes checking for expiration dates, product integrity, and compliance with regulatory requirements
- Safely and securely store products in designated storage areas, considering factors such as temperature control, humidity, and compatibility with other products. Use appropriate handling techniques to minimize the risk of damage or contamination.
- Prepare shipping labels, packing slips, and other necessary documentation for outgoing shipments, ensuring compliance with shipping regulations and customer requirements.
- Assist in the production process
- filling bottles, assembling cartons and labeling finished products
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of production areas, equipment, and tools to prevent contamination and ensure compliance with good manufacturing practices (GMP) and hygiene standards.
**Requirements**:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience working in a warehouse environment is preferred, especially in industries related to _cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, or medical devices. _
- Experience with inventory management systems and product handling procedures
- Strong attention to detail is crucial for accurately handling and storing products, conducting inventory counts, and completing documentation.
- The role may involve lifting, carrying, and moving heavy boxes or containers, so physical fitness and the ability to safely lift and maneuver objects are essential.
