Auxiliar De Contabilidad

Responsibilities:- Assist with the preparation of financial statements and reports- Perform general ledger reconciliation and analysis- Process journal entries and maintain accurate records- Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities- Support the tax preparation process- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial information- Maintain confidentiality of financial informationQualifications:- Previous experience as an accounting clerk or similar role- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices- Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks or Sage- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry- Ability to perform 10-key typing with speed and accuracy- Familiarity with budgeting and financial analysis concepts- Knowledge of debits, credits, and general ledger reconciliation- Strong organizational and time management skillsNote: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
