KSC Karoll Constructive Solutions, a company with more than 30 years in the construction business, we are looking for a Cost Assistant, join this great team.**EDUCATION**:- Civil Engineering or Architecture**MAIN ACTIVITIES**:- Make work generating numbers to obtain work cost volumetry.- Prepare a catalog of work concepts to obtain a budget for the project.- Quote the cost of subcontractors and materials necessary for the execution of the project.- Prepare the unit price card.- Make the total budget of the project.- Prepare and review weekly estimates to present work carried out to the client and estimates of progress of work**EXPERIENCE**:- 2 years in the cost area making estimates and generating numbers,- office package,- AutoCAD 80%,- Opus 85%.**BENEFITS**:- weekly payment- law benefits- salary increases- Flexible schedules- Option to permanent contract- free uniforms- Additional vacations or leaves with pay
