**Job Summary**Generate and prepare in time matter all documentation for the daily shipments, received materials from suppliers, general warehouse duties.**Primary Responsibilities**- Interacts with third party logistics, US/MX brokers and freight companies.- Create and maintain contact with customers to ensure timely delivery of goods.- Matches export documentation with proper shipments.- Prepares shipments by packaging inner and outer boxes.- Packages, perform transactions and generates shipping documents for items shipped to Corporative.- Maintains inventory of shipping materials, supplies and fixtures.- Operate the forklift (if needed) to receive materials from suppliers.- Managing all merchandise with appropriate care.- Communicating and coordinating with other departments and customers.- Pick Material from Production and deliver it to warehouse.- Cross training.- Perform transactions to receive items from suppliers.- Receive suppliers (Robo parts and Toolcrib)- Uses Syteline to (ERP Program) to monitor inventory and balance accounts.- Report any damaged material for Quality disposition.- Maintain ethical standards and business conduct policies.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
