Auxiliar De Mantenimiento

As an **ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT in the maintenance area**, you will be responsible for working closely with the Plant Manager to perform plant administrative tasks in our plant in Saltillo!
Reporting directly to the Maintenance Coordinator.
**Main Responsibilities**- Make a difference in the generation and controlling the quotation process.- Create purchase orders, working and collaborating with the responsible internal areas.- Evaluation and follow up of administrative and operative personnel courses.- Make reports of absenteeism and rotation reports.- Inventory management and EHS formats (IATF and TPM), and score reports.- Planning and monitoring of maintenance programs, with the support of the maintenance manager.
