**_What Employee Relations & Labor Relations contributes to Cardinal Health_**
Human Resources designs, implements and delivers human resource programs and policies, including recruitment, talent management, diversity and inclusion, compensation and benefits, among others. This function anticipates and plans for long-term human resource needs in alignment with business strategies.
Employee Relations provides impartial advice and counsel to managers and employees on a wide variety of employee relations and management issues. This job family is responsible for conducting investigations, preparing responses to federal, state and local governmental agencies and conducing organizational health engagements focusing on positive employee relations. Labor Relations is responsible for ensuring the health of existing collective bargaining agreements, educating management on union awareness and addressing third party attempts to organize our workforce.
**_Qualifications_**
- 1-3 years of experience, preferred
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent work experience, preferred
