Committed to building highly effective teams.-Roles and Responsibilities-- Major Team Management Collaborate in the definition of the team's vision and strategy and their execution. Lead and monitor team progress; plan, manage and optimize team resources. Execute the planninnancial, resources development, technical and compliance observation. Lean Human Development decide, along upper management, the definition and selection of personnel profiles, define team member roles and requirements. Own Talent Review sessions and salary planning. Perform performance appraisaledback sessions, reviews, and individual learning plans. Provide coachinedback, and developmental opportunities to direct reports. Technical Contribution Lead the execution and assessment of engineering activities to meet project needs. Support execution team with resolution of roadblocks and interdependencies. Ensure of deliverables, management Systems, responsible of the alignment with the GEIQ Management System. Responsibr the correct management and execution of projects/activities developed in the team. Define execution plans based on projects scope, expected timeline and available budget/resources.Manage projects risks, scope changes and other non-standard events throughout the software development lifecycle. Champion a culture of continuous improvement in the team to improve safety,, efficiency, and cost, driving the organizational culture to a Lean Transformation. Global interaction with cross-functional counterparts and strategists. Able to collaborate in áreas related to work and to assure compliance with the requirements of the technology/process that he/she is responsibr. Execute the implementation of the Compliance plan and activities. Demonstrate ability to navigate through a VUCA environment.-Required Qualifications-- Software/Electronics Bachelor's Degree.
