Experience what's next at Avnet!Job Summary:The AVAIL Team is a multidisciplinary team focused on translating design concepts into clear and functional diagrams that serve as a starting point for developing innovative electronic products.
The candidate will be doing research into technologies, components and applications to create high-quality and functional reference designs and schematics for Avnet's in-house electronic design tools.
The background of the person looks like a strong passion for electronics design with a continuous learning mindset.Create detailed reference designs and schematics for Avnet's in-house electronic design tools, ensuring they meet the customer's needs.Work closely with manufacturers and Avnet Business Units to gather requirements, validate designs, and ensure the proper products and technologies are published.Continuously improve and update existing designs based on customer and partners feedback and technology advancements.Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in electronic design and Avnet's product offering.Collaborate with suppliers, engineering teams and communities.Job Level Specifications:Understands Electronics Design, Firmware programming awareness and experience.Experience in one or more major EDA (Electronic Design Automation) Solutions in college or previous work.Work Experience:Minimum experience required is typically less than 2 years with bachelor's or equivalent.Education and Certification(s):Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience from which comparable knowledge and job skills can be obtained.Distinguishing Characteristics:Experience on a design project team for electronics.Experience in an electronics manufacturing environment.English Proficiency speaking and writing.What We Offer:Our employees work hard to live our values and help us grow.
