**Objective**
Promote the continuation, maintenance, upgrade and development of the Axis Floor Management (SFM) system.
**Main Responsibilities**
- Ensure that information generated on the shop floor is fed into the Noris system in a reliable and timely manner.
- Ensure that escalations are followed in accordance with Axis and that the appropriate tools are used.
- Ensure that key meetings and interactions run smoothly and that the defined agendas are adhered to. Verify that information flows properly to take proactive and prudent decisions and actions.
- Ensure that the R&Rs defined in AXIS are met with the lowest possible variances and that the RDTs are followed and reflect the actual activities of each position.
- Monitor satisfaction and service survey results and promote Axis values by reporting deviations.
- Maintain continuous improvement of the AXIS system within the plants and correct, adapt and/or replace tools and methods in line with their counterparts in other plants of the Nemak
**Position Requirements**
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Industria Engineer or Mechanical Engineer
- Experience: 2 years in continuous improvement
- Soft skills: High sense of responsibility, task oriented, strategic vision, Communication skills, Business oriented, Global Perspective, Innovation and Creativity
- English: Proficient
- Change Management Certification - desirable
