Detalles del cliente A science-led pharmaceutical company that has returned to growth driven by one of the most productive portfolios in the industry and is generating innovative medicines that directly address the growing burden of non-communicable diseases in Mexico.Descripción de la vacante Operationalizing, administering, and maintaining the Tanium Platform Solving complex customer support cases Escalating customer support issues when appropriate Solving complex technical issues independently or with the help of teammates Addressing customer needs through astute verbal & written communication skills Conducting health-checks Contributing to and tracking activity through applicable reporting Integrating solutions with Tanium Improve customer and team experience by: Identifying opportunities for our customers to get greater value from the Tanium Platform Documenting best practices and sharing with the customer and within the team Providing technical direction for the customer IT staff Serving as a technical subject matter expert Serving as the point of contact with the client on behalf of Tanium Driving innovation by leading initiatives to develop new capabilities on the Tanium Platform Providing technical leadership within and outside of their immediate team Perfil del candidato · 8+ years in the industry with solid technical skills in multiple areas such as networking, security, operations, scripting, and/or programming.· TS/SCI with FSP Security clearance active upon hire · Experience in one or more of the following technical domains: Endpoint Security, Endpoint Support/Troubleshooting, Incident Response, Systems Management, Utility Scripting (bash, PowerShell, VBScript, Python).· Experience with code merging & branching methodologies using GitHub · Experience managing and communicating with enterprise customers · Prior experience and breadth of knowledge needed to lead customers and internal teams.· Has mastered many new concepts & technologies; continually striving to master the Tanium platform and modules.· Troubleshooting; has mastered enterprise-level troubleshooting.· Experience integrating API-based commercial software products · Relevant technical certifications 8140.1 training/8570 certification may be required, Tanium Administrator Oferta de empleo Remote position Benefits + law Temporary vacancy with long-term expectations
