Azure Cloud Architect

Collaborate with Azure engineering teams to not only support but deliver solutions and new capabilities for our customers most mission critical Azure deployments
- Enterprise-level support for Azure cloud-based solutions.
Collaborate with infrastructure and operations teams to provide architectural and technical guidance
- Serve as a top tier escalation point, provide guidance and direction for resolution of escalated issues
- Liaise between customers and cross functional teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions
- Develop, document, and enforce the standards, security procedures, and controls for access to ensure integrity of Active Directory, and related systems
- Own and lead discussions in customer facing information technology solution implementations, upgrades, enhancement and conversions.
Recommends solutions as appropriate
- Responds daily to customer queries for information, instructions, updates and requests in a timely manner
- Makes recommendations to solutions team for automation and cost savings opportunities
- Work directly with WCMS teams for management of the environment.
- Ensure solution and operations reliability for Internet websites
