Support Services Group, a business process outsourcer operating in 10 countries, is seeking a B2B Content Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. As a B2B content creator, you'll champion our brand voice through thought leadership articles, RFP responses, marketing collateral and email campaigns that engage prospects throughout the buyer journey. Must provide 3 relevant writing samples with application. The winning candidate will report to the Global Vice President of Marketing.This position is fully remote.What You Will Be Doing:Write high-quality, engaging B2B content that drives education and awareness of SSG's core capabilities in relation to the BPO industry.Develop and write compelling RFP (Request for Proposal) responses to effectively communicate SSG's value proposition to potential clients.Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary information and insights for RFP responses.Craft tailored responses that address client-specific needs and showcase SSG's unique solutions and capabilities.Ensure compliance with all RFP requirements and deadlines.Review and edit RFP responses for clarity, accuracy, and alignment with SSG's brand voice and messaging.What We Are Looking For:2-4 years in B2B content marketing.BA/BS degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or equivalent work experience.Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a keen eye for detail and grammar.A writer who transforms complex information into clear, concise, compelling copy that helps win deals.Experience in writing various types of content such as case studies, whitepapers, email campaigns and most importantly, RFP responses.Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.The ideal candidate will thrive under deadline pressure – former journalists will be strongly considered for this role.#J-18808-Ljbffr
