Role Overview:
This is a full-time, dedicated role with set working hours. You must be readily available during your shift and committed to working solely with our company. We use Time Doctor to track work hours for our international team. We offer comprehensive in-house training to help you succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure strict adherence to brand guidelines, including fonts, colors, and messaging
- Collaborate with our design team for graphics (no graphic creation required)
- Analyze performance metrics and continuously optimize campaigns for higher conversions
- Ensure accurate integration with BigCommerce and maintain smooth data syncing
- Be readily accessible and responsive during working hours in our virtual environment
- Possibility for future involvement in social media management, though currently separate
Qualifications:
- Familiarity with BigCommerce or similar eCommerce platforms
- Excellent attention to detail and strict adherence to brand guidelines
- Strong work ethic, commitment to set hours, and ability to work in a virtual team environment
- Exceptional references demonstrating a track record of success
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting campaign data and making data-driven decisions
- Familiarity with AI trends and adapting strategies to leverage new tools
- Process-oriented, with the ability to follow established workflows and procedures
- Interest in potential expansion into social media management in the future
