We are seeking a B2B Sales Manager who will be our key employee and build our LATAM presence.Job Responsibilities & Duties:Drive sales performance through implementation of sales and marketing initiatives, and achieve targets.Build and maintain an effective relationship with key and potential clients, interacting with business partners and provide expert knowledge and support to ensure operational excellence and standard application of operating standards.Participate in negotiations and become a key player in administering contractual agreements with clients all over the worldProvide the Company with marketing/sales intelligence related to own area of responsibility and help the Company performanceA key player in budgeting and sales volume planning, tracking and reporting, compile relevant reports for management useRequirements:Extensive working experience in similar roles in a highly competitive sales environment.Direct sales experience in Fintech & forex B2B industry.Excellent multiple stakeholders & Customer Relationship Management (CRM), with an ability to establish adequate personal and professional relationships.Excellent communication skills both written/spoken in Spanish & English, high ability to influence highly analytical and problem-solving ability.Ability to work under pressure, independently and in a team.Customer Service Oriented.Working knowledge of computer applications, Microsoft Office.3-years Experience in B2B sales, sales ops or sales organization consulting preferredWhat's in for You:$6000 USD monthly salary.Full-time remote work flexibility.Opportunity for professional growth.#J-18808-Ljbffr
