**We are currently seeking a B2B Wholesale Assistant whose years of experience in sales in the ecommerce and fashion industry will increase sales and strong retail and department store partnerships for our already expanding brand. **This individual will use high-level marketing and B2B sales knowledge to develop strategies that will improve and build strong relationships with current retail partners, and attract new business globally. **Key Responsibilities**:
- **Commit to a minimum of 150 calls per week to potential buyers & closing revenue.**:
- **Must achieve sales targets and objectives.**:
- Managing sales strategies to attract new buyers (both boutiques and large department stores), meaning fully-developed & researched concepts through to full implementation, results tracking and deep analysis.
- Find and approve potential leads in the US and Internationally promoting continuous growth of our company's book of business.
- Anticipate customer and client needs based on trend-forecasting, deep understanding of each retail partner and strong knowledge of the global retail industry.
- Manage and update all Wholesale software and platforms daily.
- Continuous research of all current trends in sales and marketing strategies, and the fashion and ecommerce industry to conceptualize plans that will improve partner relationships and attract new buyers based on our strong awareness and focus on most current best practices.
- Attend meetings with creative, product development and marketing team members to review upcoming launches, sales and marketing strategies, and align strategic and cohesive messaging across the company.

**Required Experience & Skills**:
- 3+ years in B2B sales; fashion industry and ecommerce experience highly preferred.
- Must have experience working with US and international vendors.
- Extremely driven, accountable and organized, with strong communication in written and oral English.
- Must have a proven track record in growing customer accounts, and keeping a high retention rate by delivering excellent customer experience.
- Must be able to handle multiple customer orders and provide timely updates for all vendors.
- Must be able to manage multiple projects at once with urgency, focus, and deep dedication to establish ROI, results, and meet all deadlines, with a can-do attitude.
- Must be able to manage multiple team members in performance through development of KPIs, ensuring employees are accountable for results and aligning with the standards of the company on a consistent basis.
- Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, where forecasting ability and forward planning is crucial.
- Must be willing to work overtime during key seasons and events, and ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner and deadlines are met.
**Salary & Benefits**:
- $700-$1,400 per month (USD); Base salary based on experience plus sales-based bonuses.
