Job Description What does a Commercial Finance Manager do?
* You will drive & influence the commercial plans and decisions that help achieving the delivery of financial targets.
* Be integral to driving commercial success and financial excellence for Thailand across all channels.
* Be part of a high performing cross-functional team developing strategic revenue growth management, leading our pricing strategies across our portfolio of brands and executing these strategies through efficient and effective trade spend management with customers.

* You will work collaboratively with both our internal commercial teams as well as with external partners and guide them through our financial targets and strategies.
Responsibilities
With our consumer at the heart, your key responsibilities will be to:
* Business Partner of Marketing, Sales and Customer Marketing organizations. The role is not only to track budget, but mainly to support the teams with the right numbers and analysis to make informed decisions regarding promotions, discounts, and innovations.
* Lead and manage the entire Rebates & Discounts process for the company, constantly focusing on improvements and automation, seeking to optimize current processes.
* Responsible for financial planning and reporting, ensuring policies and proper financial principles are applied and followed.
* Drive financial and operational planning, forecasting, and analysis/commentary at the market levels to provide a financial perspective to the business planning process.
* Lead the team to be a reference for the region and transform it into a lean, fast, and digital organization that can adapt to new requirements for the finance area and become a key partner of the leadership team.
* Drive a strong understanding of Risks & Opportunities that lead to action across multifunctional teams in the quest to enhance business performance.
* Run finance transformation projects concerning people, processes, and systems. Identify opportunities from volume to structural cost, and deliver them.
* Support the organization in the monthly planning process, especially in the annual plan, ensuring the right balance between challenging yet achievable targets.

* Business Acumen: understanding of the consumer industry and experience in a commercial finance leadership role with a proven record of successful results in a matrix organization.

* Business Partner: understanding and embodying the concept.

* Decision-making: balance between when to seek support and when to proceed independently.
Personal qualities
* College Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business-related majors.
* At least 7 years of experience in Finance Roles, especially in FP&A, Business Partnering, and Controller positions.
* Experience leading a team, ideally with experience as a Sales Team Business Partner or in implementing new Discounts.
* Ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership to influence the decision-making process.
* Systems: Proficient in Office, SAP or similar, Power BI, and Reporting Systems.
