Each industry requires different levels of assistance, in different departments to keep the company as a well-oiled machine but towards the end, a happy customer is always the goal.Once trained in our platforms ones of their primary responsibilities include, receiving, reviewing and filing documents, processing cancellations, billing updates, add POA's, update customer databases as needed, demonstrate superb organizational and multitasking abilities, follow HIPAA guidelines for the management of patient privacy and confidentiality.
