Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues associated with credit card, pre-authorized checking, and cash transactions Document systems by processing data appropriate to customer accounts for requests/payment, inquiries, and issue resolution Review and process exceptions that fall out of the automated billing processes Perform other Billing duties on a daily basis including, but not limited to, address changes, member or policy maintenance, monetary adjustments, new account set-up, dispute research and resolution, fraud research, receivable collection on accounts and quality review Handles complaints concerning billing in a timely manner Ensures accuracy and integrity when entering consumer information and revealing information to appropriate personnel Within prescribed guidelines, makes sound decisions regarding refund limit adjustments, requests to reimburse fees, transaction authorization requests, and other matters that impact risk and/or income Create and maintain internal reporting tools in a timely and accurate manner Works under mínimal supervision and may assist in orienting and training lower level employees Supervisory Responsibilities: This job does have supervisory duties Preferred Qualifications: Education and Experience College degree or an equivalent experience 2-4 years of related experience Certificates, Licenses, Registrations None Functional Skills Excellent Customer service and communication skillsAt Integon, great things happen when our people work together.
