**Responsibilities**:- Support the Flat or Long Products sales team within the U.S. and/or Canada selling markets.- Analyzes purchase orders from customers for entry into SAP.- Communicate with mill contacts by responding to requests and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.- Work closely with the technical rep to ensure technical specs of orders are entered accurately with the producing mill.- Responsible for inquiry creation for new items as instructed by the technical rep.- Follow orders through to delivery at U.S. and/or Canadian ports for customer pick-up of ordered material. Send regular status updates and order confirmations to customers.- Follow and track production delays and make sure customer priorities are considered and corrective actions are implemented.- Coordinate shipping with the logistics team, the mills, and at Antwerp to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.- Gather and forward proper shipping documentation to the logistics team for vessel entries within the U.S. and Canada.- Responsible for ensuring that customers receive invoices for shipments no more than 5 days after vessel arrives.- When applicable (for indexed contracts), update order prices prior to shipment in agreement with Sales Manager instructions.- Enter and complete technical and commercial claims as instructed by management and the technical rep.- Support the technical rep, CSR Manager and the Sales Manager with the S232 exclusion program.- En- Other duties and projects as assigned.**Profile**:- Bachelor's degree- Minimum 3+ years customer service experience preferred- SAP or ERP system experience- Steel industry experience a plus- Proficient in Microsoft Office software, especially Excel- Strong ability to multitask and meet deadlines while still servicing the customers effectively- Ability to work independently- Good written and verbal communication skills**Team**:Reporting line: CSR - Flat Product.Location of your colleagues: Mexico, Queretaro.
