Backoffice Representative - Evening Shift

Present in 75 countries, our 21,100 employees speak 70 languages, handle over 71 million cases each year, and are motivated to go the extra mile to offer peace of mind to our customers around the world.We're looking for our new members!Bilingual Agent**Job Offer**:Direct hiring.**Schedules**: EVENING shifts available with 1-2 days off a week.**Base salary**: from $12,500 MXN (before taxes) during the first 3 months + $1,400 in food coupons + Law Benefits.**After the 3rd month base salary**: $13,900 MXN + $1,400 in food coupons + Law benefits + $2,000 in bonus + Life insurance + Major medical expenses insurance and Saving fund.Short-, medium- and long-term growing opportunities though our Career Plan at Allianz Partners.**Work Zone**: CDMX- On site operations. Possible Home Office after the 3rd month of operations.**Roles**:Handle different BackOffice activities as well as various member services inquiries and transactions by actively listening to customers calling.Develop an extensive and solid knowledge of our products in order to provide timely and accurate information to our customers.Achieve individual quality and productivity targets and contribute to overall team KPI's.**Requirements**:Bachelor's degree or High School degreeExcellent communication skillsCustomer service oriented.Advanced English (written and spoken level).Experience in Customer Service / Contact Center / or related is a plus.Great to have you on board.Let's care for tomorrow.
