Most of the time, you will be:Following Recipe Book and Guidelines; and using all supplies necessary to provide exceptional guest service.Maintaining kitchen and equipment in good working order and ensuring that the work area is clean and hazard-free.Working hands-on in any kitchen environment, including those involving a three-meal period and high volume production, and bake all types of cakes, pies, pastries, breads, and tortes for guest services according to Station Casinos Standards and Specifications.What we can't train is what's inside of you.Our values are essential to us, and we need them to be important to you, too. THESE ARE NON-NEGOTIABLE.In a perfect world, we would also like you to come with:Working knowledge and basic understanding of all operations in the bakeshop.Working knowledge and basic understanding necessary to bake, mix, including but not limited to wet mixing, dry mixing, creaming, and whipping.Six months of in-house training as a Baker's Helper or at least one year outside training in related fields.Ability to obtain all necessary work cards.So, what do you think?
