Senior Analyst, Global Manufacturing Excellence StandardsQueretaro, MX, 76120Primary Purpose of this Position:Establish and enforce manufacturing excellence standards to optimize operations, enhance product quality, and drive continuous improvement, ensuring organizational competitiveness and sustained success.What will you be responsible for?Spearheads Lean thinking adoption and standard Lean-Based Management System deployment.Develop and implement comprehensive manufacturing excellence standards aligned with organizational goals and industry best practices.Analyze and monitor Global progress on Ball Manufacturing Excellence Program Globally in Manufacturing and Supply Chain (across all divisions Aerosol, Cans and Ends).Drive successful evolution of and execution on Manufacturing Excellence Model to be the most competitive in cost, quality and service by continually driving for efficiencies in our processes.Lead cross-functional teams to assess current manufacturing processes, identify areas for improvement, and define performance metrics.Establish protocols and guidelines for quality control, ensuring consistency and reliability in product manufacturing.Conduct regular audits and assessments to monitor adherence to established standards and identify opportunities for refinement.Collaborate with engineering and production teams to integrate new technologies and methodologies that enhance efficiency and productivity.Provide training and support to employees at all levels to ensure understanding and compliance with manufacturing excellence standards.What are we looking for?Minimum of 5 years' experience in Manufacturing Environment.Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Science, Business, Supply Chain or related discipline - Preferred.Experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving change management.Influence: Ability to facilitate and influence at all levels of the organization.Finance: Financial and analytical skills.Knowledge of:Lean manufacturing principles and methodologies.SAP as service provider.
