The Sales Support Analyst 1 is a trainee professional role. Requires a good knowledge of the range of processes, procedures and systems to be used in carrying out assigned tasks and a basic understanding of the underlying concepts and principles upon which the job is based. Good understanding of how the team interacts with others in accomplishing the objectives of the area. Makes evaluative judgements based on the analysis of factual information. They are expected to resolve problems by identifying and selecting solutions through the application of acquired technical experience and will be guided by precedents. Impact of the job holder is restricted to own job.Responsibilities: Responsible for execution of multiple production support functions to fulfill product requirements for clients.Provides day-to-day client servicing, handle and provide timely resolution to client issues.Completes all assigned tasks on a timely basis with minimal supervision.Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.Qualifications: Previous year relevant experience preferred.Education: Bachelor's degree.Funciones:Estará a cargo de la comunicación con los diferentes proveedores para llevar a cabo la facturación, auditorías y viajes.Para la facturación estará a cargo de todos los proveedores del canal, por ejemplo: módulos, traslados, uniformes, regalos para los clientes, etc.Para las auditorías: validar que los puntos de venta estén cumpliendo con las políticas que marcan los manuales.Para los viajes: validará el tema de reembolsos cuando se generen viajes en el área.Requisitos:Mínimo licenciatura trunca.1 año de experiencia en puesto similar llevando gestión con proveedores, facturación, auditorías.Deseable conocimiento en auditorías internas.Manejo de Excel a nivel básico – intermedio (reportes, tablas dinámicas, fórmulas).Manejo de PowerPoint.#J-18808-Ljbffr
