.The Doc Support Specialist 4 performs moderately complex and varied assignments. Most of the impact is related to quality of execution. Works with limited supervision. Selects the best course of action from a broad array of defined options, understanding the consequences of each.Responsibilities:Individuals in this job family are involved in providing day-to-day operational support to an aligned business.Activities include implementation support, administrative and operations coordination for the various products, programs and services offered by the business.Serve as liaisons between operations staff, product managers, relationship managers, portfolio managers, custodians, and clients.Supports activities dealing with record/documentation maintenance, storage & retrieval, account opening, imaging and administering/maintaining client accounts.Follows established procedures to complete complex assignments under limited supervision.Assists in resolving problems that require minimal investigation or research.May have direct interaction with Senior managers, to disseminate or explain information.Trains new hires within work unit.Duties include Workflow Management and interaction with other departments, as well as basic analysis and research.Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets.Qualifications:1-3 years relevant experience.Demonstrates technical/administrative expertise.Understands how duties relate with others in the team/unit and how the unit integrates with others in accomplishing the work of the function.Education:High School diploma or equivalent.This job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed.
