DE C.V.Profession (Job Category): Production & Skilled TradesJob Schedule: Full timeRemote: NoJob Description:Responsibilities:Responsible for performing process activities in the process section (Division, Function, Country).Executes assigned tasks on time to ensure efficient service delivery; addresses open issues independently and supports resolution; identifies areas for improvement and recommends improvement solutions in the activity areas.Ensures application of process standards and procedures.Collaborates with the process specialist and other team members to ensure timely and accurate completion of all assigned activities.Recommends changes of process standards and procedures to improve the timely performance of process activities.Contributes to ensure service delivery of the team is within the agreed SLAs and KPIs.Coordinates & follows up with various internal and external stakeholders; supports Process Specialist in any additional activities as required.Supports ERP implementation.Knowledge in Accounting.Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in Finance and Accounting or Business Administration.Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounting, Finance, or Controlling; experience in a servicedelivery model environment.Robust process understanding from the content and technical (IT) perspective; good understanding of business set-up and interconnections.Ability to interact with Process stakeholders at various levels.Good communication skills.Good problem-solving and analytical skills as well as proven ability to prioritize tasks.Demonstrated ability to achieve objectives, focus on details, and strong analytical skills.Detail-oriented and structured.Technical skills.Strong MS Office skills.Proficient in IT systems: ERP, Planning & Reporting tools, and integrated solutions.Understanding of end-to-end process, systems, and data flows across the organization at the business and finance side.Language skills: Fluent in English and the local language.About UsHitachi brings together the world's greatest minds to help breathe life into new possibilities – and drive innovation for a better future.
