**What you do**
**Roles**:
- Answer inbound calls and handle middle and backoffice activities as well as various member services inquiries and transactions by actively listening to customers calling.
- Develop an extensive and solid knowledge of our products in order to provide timely and accurate information to our customers.
- Achieve individual quality and productivity targets and contribute to overall team KPI's.
- Active participation in team meetings.
**What you bring**
- High School Completed (GED)
- Excellent communication skills to get with courtesy and professionalism all the inbound calls, getting solutions with positive attitude.
- Customer service
- Advanced English / Excellent English (written and spoken level). Minimum experience of 6 months in Customer Service / Call Center / Contact Center / or related.
