.Banking Data Management AnalystLocation: Cuernavaca, Morelos (Hybrid)Position Summary:Thales is looking for a Banking Data Management Analyst who will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality, security, and compliance of our Accounting Shared Service Center.This position will also be involved in developing automations and robotics in various Shared Service Center processes such as Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, and Record to Report, aimed at reducing waste and enhancing efficiencies.Key Areas of Responsibility:Develop, implement, and maintain data governance policies and procedures.Establish and enforce data quality standards and processes to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data across all systems and platforms.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data governance roles and responsibilities and promote a culture of data stewardship and accountability.Provide guidance and support to business units on data governance matters and RPA/automations.Serve as a subject matter expert on data governance principles and practices and deliver training sessions to educate stakeholders on data governance concepts and requirements, as well as on Robotic Process Automation and automation initiatives.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, IT, Computer Sciences, or Statistics.Minimum of 2 years of experience in data governance, data management, or a related field, with at least 1 year in resources and delivering data projects and automations in a Shared Service Center environment.Fluency and proficiency in business English.Proficiency in data management tools and technologies, such as data cataloguing tools, data quality tools, and data governance platforms, Oracle, SAP, SQL, Power BI, Macros, etc., is a must.Strong affinity with and interest in new trends in AI & Data (including Data Governance and quality, robotics, and automations).Strong team spirit, balanced by a healthy sense of autonomy.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.If you're excited about working with Thales but do not meet the requirements for this position, we encourage you to join our Talent Community!What We Offer:Thales provides an extensive benefits program for all full-time employees working 30 or more hours per week and their eligible dependents, including the following:Elective Health and Dental plans.Retirement Savings Plan with a company contribution and a match, and without a vesting period.Company paid holidays, vacation days, and paid sick leave.Company provided Life Insurance.Why Join Us?At Thales, we provide CAREERS and not just jobs.
