**Position Summary**
**This is a hybrid position within Cuernavaca, Morelos.**
Thales is looking for a **Banking Data Management Analyst **who is primarily responsible to load and control all supplier beneficiary bank data in the Tool (EACQ) and interfaced with Oracle or SAP in order to comply with the Corporate requirements.
In this position, you will also be responsible to confirm with the supplier each time they change bank information according to the data required and update it immediately in the different systems. You will interact with Corporate & local IT/IS teams to avoid any delays on the approval of the new supplier bank accounts in the interface between EACQ and the systems.
**Key Areas of Responsibility**
- Check that all suppliers have accurate bank data in the tools and systems.
- Review the interface between EACQ and the ERP´s.
- Reduce the time to get Corporate approvals.
- Track and solve any issue in the process to add supplier banking data.
- Processing of guarantees.
- Local authorization for issuance of guarantees.
- Support in Cash Flow & Hedge process (Corporate tools, Bank portal etc)
**Minimum Requirements**
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related
- Intermediate-Advanced English fluency
- At least 1 year of similar experience.
- Knowledge and management of accounts payable.
- Knowledge of MS Office, Excel, Outlook
- Knowledge of Oracle is nice to have
